What services do you offer?
I currently offer 90 minute massages, 60 minute massages and integration massages.

90 minute massages provide the ideal amount of time for a full body massage with focused attention to 1-2 areas. 60 minute massages are best for working on 1-2 areas of focused work OR for a full body massage without focused work. If you are seeking a relaxation massage, 90 minutes is highly recommended as it allows more time in the downregulated parasympathetic nervous system.

Integration massages are a 2.5 hour session for integrating the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of profound life experiences, such as plant medicine ceremonies. This session begins with a one hour conversation about your experience as well as how you are feeling in your body after this experience. This conversation will also guide the energy work done throughout the session. Then there is a 75 minute massage working on the agreed upon areas we discuss.
What are your prices?
90 minute massage costs $175.
60 minute massage costs $125.
Integration massage costs $250.
An additional travel fee of $25 is charged for all sessions. This travel fee will be waived if booking sessions for multiple people in the same visit.
These prices are set to include all costs to you. So tipping is never expected, but always appreciated.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel your session, please cancel as soon as possible.
If you cancel your session within 24 hours of the session time, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
If you cancel your session within 12 hours of the session time, you will be charged 100% of the session fee.
No one likes to pay for a massage they aren't receiving and your session time is reserved for you. So let us know as soon as you know if you can't make your session! Exemptions will be considered on a case by case basis.
